Pregnant Wife Refuses To Tell Husband Baby’s Gender Because He Keeps Doing This

A Reddit user is nine months pregnant and got into an argument with her fiance. After separating for the night, she began to go into labor and tried calling her fiance, but he kept ignoring her calls because he was angry.

Her Fiance’s Best Friend Never Liked her

The original poster (OP) said her fiance’s girl best friend never liked her, and she never understood why. So then, one night, mutual friends and her fiance’s best friend were hanging out at OP and her fiance’s apartment.

After everyone left, the best friend stayed behind to tell OP’s fiance about a text message she received from OP. OP’s fiance was mad at his wife and called her foul names, causing his pregnant wife to cry.

The message OP sent told the best friend that OP and her fiance would not allow the best friend near their child. OP didn’t deny sending that message. 

However, her fiance didn’t know the full context of the message and quickly sided with his best friend. What the best friend didn’t share with OP’s fiance were the inappropriate and rude messages she sent beforehand about OP and her future child. 

But, instead of hearing the whole story from OP, he immediately told her to leave their house. So OP left without arguing to avoid starting anything else.

She Felt A Cramp In Her Lower Abdomen

OP felt a cramp in her lower abdomen but didn’t think anything of it because she wasn’t due for another three weeks. However, while driving to her mom’s house, she felt a gush of water and immediately headed toward the hospital. OP tried calling her fiance, letting her know she was going into labor, but he declined her phone calls.

OP was in so much pain when she arrived at the hospital that she didn’t have time to call anyone else. She pushed for two hours without an epidural and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Giving Birth Without Her Fiance Was The “Last Straw”

OP was upset she had to deliver her baby without her fiance present. So, she took all the hurtful messages her best friend sent and posted them on Facebook. 

An hour later, her fiance calls to talk and meets OP at the hospital. And he tries to apologize repeatedly.

However, OP doesn’t feel like she can forgive her fiance. She pushed out an 8-pound baby all alone, and her fiance chose to believe his best friend over her.
